Completed in 2019, 25,000 square feet on the 2nd floor of this office building was converted to a four seasons lounge, reception area, conference space and fitness center. Tenants can take a break from their desk and enjoy some hospitality in the workplace.

Along with the new amenity spaces, the gound floor lobby and exterior arcade were refreshed with new finishes and lighting. The arcade, once dark and gloomy, is now bright and airy.
